GRATUIT BEHIND THE DECKS OF ED 178

Born in America and bred in Europe, Gratuit is an artist with a refined approach to electronic music. A purposeful musician whose original sound blends warmer organic and darker synthetic elements, his music delicately merges the intensity of dance floor percussion with the elegance of melodic composition.
Gratuit began DJing at clubs in Belgium at a young age, which gave him an early fascination with the worlds of House and Techno music. When he later moved back to his native country, he established a permanent musical home in New York City to DJ regularly and elevate his own music productions. It was during this time that he co-founded Undermind, a leading electronic music artist collective, events business and record label. Through Undermind, Gratuit has hosted countless small and large scale electronic music shows across many of the most iconic venues in Brooklyn and Manhattan.
With an unrelenting base of support in New York and an ongoing residency at Bloop London Radio, Gratuit is now focused on exporting his signature sound to the far reaches of the world.

Wille zum Wahnsinn is an open art collective that tries to redefine the boundaries between genres. Their music is a journey through dreamy synthesizer melodies and captivating arpeggiators from the past, seamlessly blending from downtempo to disco vibes.
More than just collaborators, Max, Jules and Simon are friends who share a deep passion for both studio experimentation and the thrill of live performances. Their bond elevates their music, infusing it with a genuine and infectious energy. „Wahnsinn“ (madness) is therefore not a negative term but a celebration of the unconventional in a complex world. This philosophy shines through in their music and so they already had the opportunity to release on such beautiful labels like Metanoia, Journey to Tarab, Heimlich and Underyourskin….so sit back and enjoy the ride….

Australia based FLOW MUSIC invited Piet van Noord to an exclusive 3 hour Flow Session. Some word from him about the mix:
As a DJ, I see myself as a storyteller, stories through the different musical genres and the emotions they awaken in you. In these difficult times we are currently living in, I am happy to speak the language that connects us all: music. And now being part of the legendary Flow Sessions is really a great honor for me. I don't think I've ever put so much work into preparing a mix. But I think the tears of pain and joy were worth it in the end ;)
In my sets I actually only play brand-new tracks. This time, however, you'll hear a mix of new titles and tracks that really moved me this summer. Some of them contain hints of my early musical influences. Join me on a journey full of joy, melancholy and confidence!
